Meet the Speakers:

Karen Halley, Director of Property Administration has over 19 years of retail real estate experience. Karen has extensive experience in Lease Administration and Property Management/Facilities overseeing all of Big Lots locations. In addition, Karen manages the expense and capital plans for each location. Prior to Big Lots, Karen spent 16 years at Kroger.

Kevin Day has been with Big Lots for 27 years, he began his career at Big Lots creating the processes to analyze and forecast performance for new sites and lease renewals. As the company grew, so did Kevin's responsibilities to include, managing all aspects of Real Estate from site location, forecasting performance, negotiating deals and presenting the proposed sites to Senior Management.

Pranav Tyagi has over 16 years of experience with a wide range of clients across Retail, Restaurants, REITs, Investment Funds and Banking. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, geo-demographic market planning and site analytics and tools, customer centric analyses, store development process improvement, strategic real estate information systems planning, application selection and implementation.

Chris Karvonen, Director of Enterprise Sales, has over 15 years of real estate and consulting experience. Chris specializes in the retail, banking and finance industries. His areas of expertise include workplace best practices, integrated Real Estate technologies, workflow processes and system integration.
