Referrer Payment Submission Process

Now that your division has a Closed/Won opportunity sourced from a referral, please follow this process to ensure that the referring sales person is compensated.

1. On the last business day of each month, download a “Closed/Won” report, filter based on the Campaign Name (Q0 Buildings Shared Commission Referral Program). Create a list of those who referred an opportunity that closed.

2. Confirm that every CLOSED/WON referral for the month has met the Terms and Conditions for the Program, if unsure, refer to the program documentation here. 

3. The form on this page should be completed for every Closed/Won opportunity that was submitted as a referral. All submitted forms will be sent to Ron Reames and Tricia Saunders.
